Attached is a resolution urging the Hawai`i State Legislature to amend Act 241, relating to
medical marijuana, to address production centers in agricultural zoned lands and prohibitions on
primary caregivers.
I am requesting this resolution be placed on the November 17, 2015, Committee agenda.
