RE: Resolution No. 287-15, Draft 2; a Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance
to Enter Into Negotiations for the Acquisition of Tax Map Key (3) 9-5-012:005
Situated in the District of Ka`u, Also Known as Kahua `Olohu, Utilizing the
Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund
Resolution No. 287-15 was amended by the contents of Communication No. 476.9, as duly
approved by the Council on November 18, 2015.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24(1)(e))requiring the holdover of a substantively
amended resolution and adopted Resolution No. 287-15, as amended to Draft 2.
