SUBJECT: Resolution No. 341-15, Draft 2; A Resolution Transferring/Appropriating an
Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund Account and Crediting Same to a
Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to the Hawaii National Guard
Youth Challenge Academy Foundation to Assist With Transportation for the
Hawai`i Island STARBASE Program During the 2015-2016 School Year
Attached is Resolution No. 341-15, as amended to Draft 2. Resolution No. 341-15 was amended
with the contents of Communication No. 553.1, as duly approved by the Council on November 18,
2015.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24(1)(e))requiring the holdover of a substantively
amended resolution and adopted Resolution No. 341-15, as amended to Draft 2.
