Subject: Resolution 327-15 Authorizing negotiations for Hapu'u to Kapanaia Cultural Corridor
Council Members,
My name is Susan Grant. I am a long time resident of North Kohala. I support Resolution 327-15 calling for the County to
begin negotiations to purchase the costal lands from Hapu'u to Kapanaia Cultural Corridor. I have hiked along this coast
for years and feel if these lands were public many others in the community could benefit and learn of the cultural and
historical significance. It would also benefit those of the local community who fish and surf in these waters.
