Dear Council members,
My name is Jack Hoyt. I live about one mile west of Niuli'i in Halawa Gulch and I ask you to vote favorably
for resolution 328-15 to enter into negotiations for the purchase of this long stretch of Kohala Coastline.
The addition of this stretch of coastline allowing local public access from Keokea Park on the sea, a rather small
park with limited room for hiking, would make it possible for substantially more opportunities to appreciate the,
Kohala Coastline while visiting the park on just out for a wonderful hike independent of the park grounds.
