To whom it may concern:
I am the owner of Kona Veterinary Service. I am writing in support of the HIHS and their current policies regarding
adoptions to other shelters and rescue groups.
Kona Veterinary Service has worked with HIHS for the past eleven years. We feel they have done an excellent job with all
aspects of the shelter process. We have worked closely with them on many sick and injured animals through their
second chance fund as well as young and healthy pets in the foster program. We feel they have always had the best
interests of the patient in mind. We support any and all of their guidelines regarding the adoption of animals.
