The Department of Water Supply has been responsible for the operation and maintenance of the tank site, and has requested ownership of this site in order to coordinate improvements to the water system in Namoku, Hamakua. Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to transfer ownership of the parcel as described above, to the Department of Water Supply by way of sale at a cost of $1.00.
