LELEIOHOKU, TAX MAP KEY: (3) 7-5-007:009 <br /> (POR.), SITUATE AT HONUAULA 1ST, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, ISLAND OF <br /> HAWAII FROM KONA HOSPITALITY, LLC,A HAWAII LIMITED LIABILITY <br /> COMPANY. <br /> WHEREAS, Kona Hospitality, LLC ("Kona Hospitality"), a Hawai`i limited liability <br /> company, are the owners of Lot B containing an area of 1,670 square feet more or less, identified <br /> as a portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 7-5-007:009 (por.), situate at Honuaula 1st, District of North <br /> Kona, Island of Hawai`i, as delineated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kona Hospitality received final subdivision approval for the above <br /> referenced lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kona Hospitality is desirous of dedicating the above road widening lot to <br /> the County of Hawai`i for roadway purposes, and such dedication has been approved by the <br /> County of Hawai`i Department of Public Works, and received dedication approval from the <br /> Department of Water Supply, Planning Department and Department of Environmental <br /> Management; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, provides that <br /> the Council may accept gifts, which include the dedication of land, on behalf of the County of <br /> Hawai`i; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it <br /> finds the subject subdivision and any improvements thereon are in full compliance with the <br /> provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i County Code as certified and approved by all applicable <br /> agencies. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and <br /> Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of <br /> Lot B, containing an area of 1, 670 square feet more or less, identified as a portion of Tax Map <br /> Key: (3) 7-5-007:009 (por.), delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for public road purposes. <br />
