It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. John (Jack) Hoyt to the North Kohala Community
Development Plan Action Committee. Mr. Hoyt has lived in Hawai'i for over 20 years.
He is a self-employed licensed architect. Mr. Hoyt is a current member of the Coastal
Access Committee.
Mr. Hoyt states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve
the remainder of a 4 -year term that will end on September 9, 2017.
