Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 357-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 357-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Renee Schoen, via
Communication No. 589 dated November 12, 2015, accepts the dedication of Road Lots A-1 and
B-1, being a portion of Tax Map Key: 7-3-054:044, situated at Keahole Heights, Phase II, at
Kalaoa 4th, District of North Kona, Island and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i, from
Keahole Gardens Limited Partnership, a Hawai`i Limited Partnership.
The lots contain areas of 9,018 square feet and 1.193 acres, respectively, and would be used for
roadway and drainage purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 357-16, and recommends its adoption.
