Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 358-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 358-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Renee Schoen, via
Communication No. 590 dated November 9, 2015, accepts the dedication of Lot B, being a
portion of Grant 3148, Apana 4 to W. P. Leleiohoku, Tax Map Key: 7-5-007:009 (por.), situated
at Honuaula 1St, District of North Kona, Island of Hawai`i, from Kona Hospitality, LLC, a
Hawai`i Limited Liability Company.
The lots contain an area of approximately 1,670 square feet and would be used for roadway
purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 358-16, and recommends its adoption.
