Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 366-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 366-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via
Communication No. 606 dated December 9, 2015, accepts the dedication of Road Lot A `Garner
Subdivision,' subdivision of Parcel "C"being a portion of Lot 6, Grant 5,014 to H. Kahaloa into
Lots `C-1' to `C-4' inclusive and Road Lot A Opihikao, District of Puna, Island of Hawai`i,
State of Hawai`i, from Glory M. Garner, Trustee of the Bernard and Glory Garner Family Trust.
The lots contain an area of approximately 0.115 acre and would be used for roadway purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 366-16, and recommends its adoption.
