SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 119, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24 of
the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), Relating to Vehicles and
Traffic.
Please find attached Bill No. 119, Draft 2, relating to Vehicles and Traffic. This draft
contains the friendly amendments to Bill No. 119 that were made by the Committee on
Public Works & Parks and Recreation during its January 5, 2016 meeting. The amendments
corrected erroneous references, in the title and section 1 of the bill, to the 1995 Edition of
the Hawai`i County Code,by replacing them with references to the current 2005 Edition of
the Code.
