Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 611, reports as follows:
Communication No. 611, submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi dated December 15, 2015, nominates
John (Jack) Hoyt to the North Kohala Community Development Plan Action Committee to fill the
remainder of a term that will end on September 9, 2017.
Mr. Ilagan stated that Mr. Hoyt was unable to attend this meeting and would be present at the Council
meeting on January 22, 2016.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Communication No. 611, and
recommends confirmation of the appointment of John (Jack) Hoyt to the North Kohala Community
Development Plan Action Committee.
