SUBJECT: Resolution No. 360-16, Draft 2; A Resolution accepting the donation of Lot 31 of
the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision, being Tax Map Key: (3)1-5-039:267,
situate at Kea'au, District of Puna, County and State of Hawai`i, from Hawaiian
Paradise Park Owners Association.
Attached for informational purposes is a Change.org petition, signed by 232 people in support of
Resolution 360-16, and in support of a public park in Hawaiian Paradise Park.
Please distribute this for the Council meeting on January 22, 2016.

I join my fellow community members in urging you to help create a public park in
the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision. I support your resolution accepting the
dedication to the County Council. I would like to see this park completed. Thank

Also,additional street lighting on Kaloli would be very helpful.
