SUBJECT: -Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 370-16; Resolution authorizing the
Office of the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawaii
Department of the Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance
Division.
The final clause in Resolution No. 370-16 is amended by correcting the reference to the Hawaii
"Fire" Department, to read Hawaii "Police" Department, as follows:
"BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of
Hawaii shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Mayor, the
Finance Department, and the Hawaii [F4fe] Police Department."
A draft copy of Resolution 370-16, Draft 2, is not provided due to the limited scope of this
proposed amendment.
