ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 6 (ZONING CODE), HAWAII COUNTY CODE
AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 8, Article 27, is hereby amended by,adding
thereto .Section Io
"I. Minimum Building Site Area. The minimum building
site area requirement may be waived by the Director for
public utility and/or public rights-of-way subdivisions
and their remnant parcels."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon it approval.
