SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution 370-16, Draft 2, Resolution authorizing the Office of the
Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawai`i Department of the
Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division.
Attached please find Resolution No. 370-16, Draft 2. Resolution 370-16, was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 617.1, as duly approved by the Council during its
January 22, 2016 meeting.
