RESOLUTION NO. 381 16
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO CONSTRUCT A BUS SHELTER AT NA KAHUA
HALE 0 ULU WINI.
WHEREAS, the County of Hawai`i developed Na Kahua Hale 0 Ulu Wini, which
provides transitional and permanent low-income housing to the community; and
WHEREAS, the Mass Transit Agency improves the lifestyle of Hawai`i residents by
providing accessible transportation and constructing bus shelters; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to
the Mass Transit Agency to construct a bus shelter at Na Kahua Hale 0 Ulu Wini; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $10,000
CREDITED TO:
010.311.5311.02 Mass Transit Agency $10,000

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Mass Transit Administrator and the Director of Finance, and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
