SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution 362-16, Draft 2, A Resolution authorizing the Director of
Finance to negotiate a lease of real property, Old Job Corps site, situate at
Pi`ihonua, South Hilo, County and State of Hawai`i, identified as Tax Map Key:
(3)2-3-026:008, to the Hawai`i County Economic Opportunity Council.
Attached please find Resolution No. 362-16, Draft 2. Resolution 362-16, was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 594.1, as duly approved by the Council during its
January 22, 2016 meeting.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24(1)(e))requiring the holdover of a substantively
amended resolution and adopted Resolution No. 362-16, as amended to Draft 2.
