Dear Chairman Arakaki: I am the owner of TMK: 7-3-2; 24 lot 35, which is near the land seeking rezoning from Ag.20 to Ag.3 and is owned by Robert J. Henriques and Gregg R Kashiwa. Their request for rezoning is now before the County Council for consideration. Recently, I was made aware of opposition to their request at the recent public hearings of the Planning Committee of the County Council in Kona. Although my work prevented me from attending the hearings, I wish to voice my full support of their application for rezoning. I am an independent business man here in Kona and I fully support Mr. Henriques and Mr. Kashiwa in their rezoning efforts.
