Funds for this project shall be provided from Federal Grants Receivable ($10 million). Funds would be used towards reimbursable expenditures incurred for the FEMA portion of the June 27, 2014, Lava Flow on the northeast flank of Puʻu Oʻo. Funds shall be provided from the Fuel Tax Increase 12-14 account ($2,070,063.90), and would be used for the projects listed in Exhibit A.
