Re: Request to rescind transmittal
On January 28, 2016, communication 662 and bill 138 regarding the "Wastewater Improvement
Project"was transmitted to the Hawai`i County Council on behalf of the Department of
Environmental Management to be placed on the February 16, 2016 Finance Committee agenda.
We would like to request that this transmittal be canceled and that the bill be removed from the
Finance Committee agenda indicated above.
