RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Basic Image, Inc., for the 12th Annual Honoli`i &
Hakalau Paka Aloha Honua Surfing Classic for refreshments, volunteer t-shirts, tents,rental
equipment, competitor jerseys, awards, liability insurance and other miscellaneous materials and
supplies associated with the event.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$4,800 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
