SUBJECT: An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 36, Article 1, Section 36-1; Article 4,
Section 36-6; and Article 5, Section 36-8 and Section 36-9 of the Hawai`i
County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended); Relating to Redistricting
Attached is an ordinance to amend various sections of Chapter 36 of the Hawai`i County
Code, relating to the County redistricting commission, specifically the allowable
deviation from an ideal council district population.
I am requesting this bill be placed on the appropriate March 1, 2016 Committee agenda.
