SUBJECT: Discussion with Corporation Counsel re Legal Representation
I request 15 minutes to allow for discussion with Corporation Counsel, Molly Stebbins,
regarding legal representation to County officers and employees, pursuant to Hawaii County
Charter, Chapter 5, Section 6-5.3.
The purpose and intent of this discussion is to identify the need to amend the Hawaii County
Charter to be consistent with the current practices regarding legal representation before the
Board of Ethics.
Please place this matter on the appropriate March 1St Committee agenda.
