(hereinafter collectively referred to as "easements"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Schuler Homes has agreed to grant the easements to the County of Hawai`i <br /> ("County"), to permit the County to install, operate, and maintain a drainage system on, over, <br /> through, and/or under said easements, and/or otherwise use said easements for purposes of <br /> drainage, utilities, and/or pedestrian access; and <br />
