With regard to Dedication Deeds for Phases 1 &2;the Department of Environmental Management(DEM)provided comments via our memorandum of July 2, 2012 which is attached for reference. DEM has no records that indicate our comments were addressed and requests that a revised Bill of Sale with a notation that DEM concerns noted in our July 2,2012 letter have been addressed.
