RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Hamakua Harvest, Inc., for the inaugural
Hamakua Agricultural Festival, an event that will celebrate local agriculture and food producers.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,000 from the Clerk -Council Services -
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
