Madam Chair and Members of the Committee on Finance:
Aloha, my name is Lee McIntosh and I live in Kau. I support the intent of Bill 154, however I encourage the council to
amend the amount of consecutive terms served from three to two. Councilmembers can serve a total of eight years
consecutively,so I believe that it should remain eight years, not be changed to twelve.Thank you for the opportunity to
testify regarding Bill 154.
