Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 353, Draft 3, which amends
the following conditions per Council discussions at the November 6, 1996 meeting:
1. Condition (B): adding language that the water source shall be drilled and tested
prior to final subdivision approval; and
2. Condition (G): adding language relating to the park areas available for public
use to be maintained in perpetuity or until the park sites and improvements are
dedicated to and accepted by the County.
