Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 409-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 409-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via Communication
No. 696 dated February 8, 2016, accepts the dedication of roadways for Pualani Estates Subdivision
Phase 1 and 2, being Tax Map Keys: 7-5-042:151 (por.) and 7-5-043:128 (por.), situated at
Puapuaaiki and Puapuaanui, District of North Kona, Island and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i
from D.R. Horton - Schuler Homes, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, dba D.R.
Horton-Schuler Division.
The lots would be used for roadway purposes.
Planning Consultant Sidney Fuke was present to represent the developer, D.R Horton - Schuler
Homes, LLC.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent
of Resolution No. 409-16, and recommends its adoption.
