Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 410-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 410-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via
Communication No. 697 dated February 8, 2016, accepts the dedication of roadways for Pualani
Estates Subdivision Phase 3, being Tax Map Keys: 7-5-041:112, 7-5-041:113, 7-5-041:114,
7-5-041:115 and 7-5-043:164, situated at Puapuaaiki 1st, District of North Kona, Island and County
of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i from D.R. Horton- Schuler Homes, LLC, a Delaware Limited
Liability Company, dba D.R. Horton-Schuler Division.
The lots would be used for roadway purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent
of Resolution No. 410-16, and recommends its adoption.
