Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 414-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 414-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via
Communication No. 701 dated February 8, 2016, accepts a bill of sale for sewer facilities installed
on Tax Map Keys: 7-5-041:112 (por.), 7-5-041:113 (por.), 7-5-041:114 (por.), 7-5-041:115 (por.)
and 7-5-043:164 for Pualani Estates Subdivision Phase 3, situated at Puapuaaiki 1st, District of
North Kona, Island and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i from D.R. Horton - Schuler Homes,
LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, dba D.R. Horton-Schuler Division.
The sewer facilities installed and in existence on the premises would be accepted.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent
of Resolution No. 414-16, and recommends its adoption.
