No. 692/Bill No. 149 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 149, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 149, transmitted by Council Member Valerie T. Poindexter, via Communication No. 692, <br /> dated February 10, 2016, amends Ordinance No. 15-58, as amended, relating to public <br /> improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. <br /> This bill adds the Parks and Recreation Honoka`a Track and Field and Stadium Improvements <br /> project for $1.5 million to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General <br /> Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources.
