Subject: I support Bill 140
My name is Stephen Hull and I work on the Big Island. I have cleaned several beaches of plastic debris off
beaches in Hawaii over the last year. I support Bill 140 because I am aware of the negative impacts that single
use EPS foam and plastic have on our marine and human health. These plastics find there way into the ocean
and are ingested by fish and later by us people.
Please take the steps to change this behavior as to allow a cleaner,safer future for our children and us all.
