Subject: EPS ban
I, Court Warr, support Bill 140 because I am deeply concerned by the negative health impacts that single-use EPS
foam and plastic have on our marine wildlife and human health. EPS foam continues to find its way into the ocean
and can end up being ingested by numerous marine animals for years to come. When we sit down to eat our local
fish, chances are that we could be ingesting plastics and chemicals too. I am emboldened by our keiki to make a
commitment to change this behavior and show them that we will take steps to support a cleaner future for all.
