SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Hilo Skate Plaza Coalition, Inc. to assist with expenses
related to the 2016 St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
