SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Kokua Pahoa to reimburse the Mainstreet Pahoa Association
for expenses incurred from the 2015 Holiday Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$742.06 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
