These funds will be used to support planning and permitting costs <br /> for a community center in Orchidland. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $2,000 to the OHCD's Orchidland Neighbors account within the Housing Fund. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting that this bill be <br /> waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the April 6, 2016 Council Agenda <br /> in order to expedite the processing of these funds.
