Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 428-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 428-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via
Communication No. 724 dated February 23, 2016, accepts a Bill of Sale for roadway
improvements installed on Tax Map Key: 2-4-001:178 for Mohouli Senior Phase 1, District of
Hilo, Island and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i, from Mohouli Senior Phase 1 LLLP, a
Hawai`i Limited Liability Limited Partnership.
The resolution transfers control and ownership of roadway improvements on the property to the
County.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 428-16, and recommends its adoption.
