SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 337-15, Draft 2; A Resolution Relating to a
Council Initiated Improvement District to Facilitate Construction of
Permanent Improvements to Nalani Street, at Holualoa 4, North Kona,
Hawai`i, Including Improvement of the Water Distribution System to
County Standards, in Accordance With Chapter 12 of the Hawaii County
Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended) Relating to Improvements by
Assessments.
Please find attached Resolution 337-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 337-15 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 557.2, as duly approved by the Committee on Finance at its
March 16, 2016 meeting.
