Requests Council’s approval to amend Resolution 129-13 (Draft 2), which authorized
certain road dedications and easements from KOH for public road purposes.
Circumstances have caused KOH to require revisions to the descriptions in order to
implement these easements in accordance with intent of the original resolution.
