SITUATED AT KOHANAIKI, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, ISLAND OF HAWAI‘I AND STATE OF HAWAI‘I, FROM KOHANAIKI SHORES, LLC (KOH) Requests Council’s approval to amend Resolution 129-13 (Draft 2), which authorized certain road dedications and easements from KOH for public road purposes. Circumstances have caused KOH to require revisions to the descriptions in order to implement these easements in accordance with intent of the original resolution. Reference: Comm. 804 Intr. by: Mr. Ilagan Bill 184: AMENDS CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 1, OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS Adds a portion of Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road to Schedule 5 (35 mph), subsection (g), Puna.
