SUBJECT: A Bill for an Ordinance amending Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1,
Section 24-255 and Section 24-257 of the Hawai'i County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as amended), Relating to Speed Limits.
Attached is a bill for an ordinance amending the Traffic Schedules by increasing the existing 25
miles per hour speed limit to 35 miles per hour on Ainaloa Boulevard, pursuant to a traffic study
that justified the revisions.
Please place the attached bill on the next appropriate Committee meeting agenda.
