SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation for expenses related to the 2016 Fourth of July celebration in Hilo.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
