Re: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Hawai`i County Economic Opportunity
Council to help defray expenses related to the Hilo Downtown Improvement Association's
(DIA) First Friday events.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,500 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
