In the current fiscal year, $125,000 is appropriated for this grant account. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these additional funds into the HI Impact Grant account, and bringing the total grant appropriation to $142,540. The Police Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the April 20, 2016 Council agenda.
