Kenoi, dated March 1, 2016, transmitting the proposed Capital Budget for FY 2016-2017, and the Capital Program for the next six years from FY 2016-17 to 2021-22, which includes 55 projects requiring a total appropriation of $144.8 million. Approximately $85.75 million are intended to be funded in whole or part by bonds, $20.75 million to be funded by the State Revolving Loan Fund or State Capital Improvement Project, $36.32 million to be funded by federal funds, and $1.98 million to be funded by private contributions.
