RESOLUTION NO. 513 16
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING THE SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR THE REMOVAL OF A 40-FOOT
CONTAINER AT WEST HAWAII EMERGENCY SHELTER.
WHEREAS, the Office of Housing and Community Development's goals and objectives
are to provide for development of viable communities by providing decent housing and suitable
living environments; and
WHEREAS, the West Hawai`i Emergency Shelter has a 40-foot container that needs to
be moved because it is impeding construction of the micro unit project; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to
the Office of Housing and Community Development to move the 40-foot container for
continuation of the construction of the micro unit project; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Housing Administrator and Director of Finance, and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
