SUBJECT: Discussion Relating to Complaint for Breach of County's Code of Ethics
By Mayor Kenoi
I request one hour to allow for a discussion of whether the Council should call on Mayor
William Kenoi to take a leave of absence pending conclusion of the Board of Ethics review
of charges that the Mayor failed to comply with the County's Code of Ethics and pending
Council imposition of penalties, if any, pursuant to the County Charter, Section 14-6.
Please place this matter on the appropriate April 19, 2016 Committee agenda or on the April
20, 2016 Council agenda.
I prefer that this matter be waived to the Council meeting on April 20, 2016.
